When goods are ready we will send an e-mail to inform you that your order has been carried out and is ready for shipment.

We only offer high quality products: 100% twisted or double twisted Makò Egyptian cotton shirts manufactured in Italy and craftmade finished (all the shirts, bargain lots included).

Goods purchased should meet the sizes and models you requires. If it doesn’t happen Roby and Roby will replace them free as soon as possible.
If you ask for the wrong size or you supply wrong data Roby and Roby will not replace the goods for nothing.

Once you have placed your order on the web site Roby and Roby, your can pay through a safe and encoded system provided by Paypal or Banca Sella. The bank verify the card expiry date then send to Roby and Roby a debit warrant.
In order to guarantee the higher security standard, Roby and Roby will not know your bank coordinates which are confidential since only the bank processes those data.

If you prefer you can pay by bank transfer.
In this case you must confirm your order number in the bank transfer. You will pay all bank transfer charges.Roby and Roby will forward goods only after the bank transfer credit.

You can return your order within 10 working days from delivery date.
After receiving your returns we will check the goods integrity and then we will send you an e-mail to communicate the returns acceptance.
The refund date will depend on the means of payment used:
For Credit card or debit card purchase it depends on the institute which issued the card. You will not lost your bank interests since the credit value date will be the same as the debit value date. For Paypal purchase you will receive the refund on your Paypal account and you will see it immediately. The credit card date of refund from your Paypal account depends on the institute which issued the credit card.
